Our mission is to market quality petroleum, food and grocery products, and related goods and services. Within this framework we expect and demand the highest level of customer service, professionalism and image. We consider our employees to be the Company's most valuable asset. The Company's objective has always been to be the top retail supplier of petroleum products in the Lincoln area, utilizing Phillips 66 products. Our goal is to provide the public with a choice of full-service gasoline, complete automotive maintenance, self-service gasoline, quick access, along with convenience store type merchandise.

Our Screening Process

All applicants must submit an application. You may submit an application by completing this online form, or you may complete a paper application and submit it directly to the Store Manager of the Soapatopia location at which you are seeking employment. Applications completed in their entirety will be reviewed, references will be contacted, and your retail test will be scheduled and graded by store management.

Fill out the application complete and truthful. Any applications that are not completely filled out will not be considered.

Our Screening Criteria

Candidates that successfully complete the interview process will be asked to authorize Whitehead Oil Company to conduct a criminal history background check, which will be performed by our Human Resources Department. Individuals with standing felony convictions may not be eligible for employment. Whitehead Oil Company provides a drug-free workplace. Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.

Top-performing applicants will advance to a final interview conducted by the Hiring Manager.

Applications from all individuals that successfully complete the screening process will be maintained in an active file for 90 days beyond the date on the application.
