Customer Service Associate
Customer Service Associate
Help us serve our customers in a professional and courteous manner to leave a smile on every customer’s face, and keep them coming back!
- Primary responsibilities include consistently providing outstanding customer service, workplace safety and safeguarding cash and inventory, cleaning and housekeeping, stocking, pricing and minor inside and outside store maintenance.
- Essential job functions include showing up ready and on time for each shift, keeping a positive and proactive attitude with customers and coworkers, truthfully recording all sales, shift clock-in times, and accurately scanning in merchandise received.
- All employees are expected to practice up-selling, work to reduce theft loss, follow all company guidelines on tobacco and alcohol sales, and must be able to handle up to 35 pounds of product at any given time.
QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Team Member
Work at one of our QSR locations and be a part of a team whippin’ up the most convenient comfort food in the Midwest!
- All QSR Team Members must be 16 years or older, and be able to serve customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Employees are expected to treat coworkers with respect and willingness to work as a team.
- Workplace responsibilities include and are not limited to: workplace safety, safeguarding cash and inventory, cleaning and housekeeping, accurate shift reports, and an honest, hard-work mentality.

Assistant Manager
Help us assist in managing the store, creating a fantastic environment and culture for all customers and employees, and work as assistant supervisor for employees. You may also assume management responsibilities in Store Manager’s absence.
- As Assistant Manager, you must be proficient in all Customer Service Associate tasks and responsibilities.
- Assistant Managers are responsible for in-house store inventory, inventory price changes for promotions and events, and fuel price changes. You will be responsible for training, leading by example, and performing daily functions in the “U-Stop Way.”
- Requirements for this position include and are not limited to: a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance, reliable motor vehicle for frequent driving, occasional overnights, and short-notice shift covering for sick and/or vacation needs.
General Manager
- As General Manager, you must be proficient in all positions including but not limited to the Assistant Manager and Customer Service Associate.
- General Managers are responsible for their team, their store, and upholding U-Stop standards to the highest degree.
Dual Manager
- As a Dual Manager, you must be proficient in all positions, including but not limited to the Assistant Manager and Customer Service Associate.
- Dual Managers are responsible for their team, their store, and upholding U-Stop standards to the highest degree.
District Supervisor
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the store, hiring, promoting and developing employees to help achieve the mission statement: To profitably provide consistent high-quality service and products, conveniently.
- Lead by example to ensure all employees maintain company standards by having the knowledge, abilities and positive attitude that contribute to the company’s success.
